Booking Policies and General Info

We aim to be as flexible as possible and would encourage you to contact us about any specific requirements you have, however these are our boundaries…

Cancellation/Modification Policy
Cancellations must be made directly with the Reservations Department in writing. The deposit (first nights stay) per unit is levied if a reservation is cancelled more than 30 days (60 days during holiday periods) prior to the arrival date. If cancelled less than 30 days (60 days during holiday periods) prior to the arrival date, the entire reservation is non-refundable.

Cancellation / Travel Insurance
Whiski Jack Resorts will not cancel any reservation inside 30 days (60 days during holiday periods) prior to arrival. Whiski Jack Resorts does recommend that you research obtaining travel insurance from your local travel agency, insurance broker or selecting the travel insurance offered through our website.

Check-in Time
Check in time is 4:00pm. We strive to have your units ready, inspected and cleaned in a timely manner. We appreciate your patience with us as we are unable to issue keys to you until the unit has been inspected by a supervisor.

Guests
Whiski Jack needs to be informed directly if you are sending someone else to check in for you. Guests checking in must be 25yrs of age.

Security Damage Deposit
Upon check in, it is agreed that Whiski Jack Resorts will be taking a credit card imprint to cover costs of damages and/or lost keys by you or any of your guests during your stay. No cash deposits are accepted.

Pets and Smoking
There is no smoking permitted and pets are prohibited in all units. A $500.00 fine for hypo-allergenic cleaning will be applied to any occupant who is found to have violated this.

Housekeeping
Since all our condominiums are privately owned, we do not provide a daily housekeeping service. Additional housekeeping service is available:
Full clean is $60.00 (for a unit sleeping 4 or less) or $85 (for a unit sleeping 5 or more). Cots are available for a $40 charge. Cribs and highchairs are available for no additional cost, on a first come, first serve basis. If possible and you wish to have the twins made into a king there is a charge of $25.00 for this. Please advise us prior to your arrival if any of the above services will be needed throughout your stay.

Mail and Packages
Due to challenges with customs and brokerage expenses we can no longer accept packages.
