To ensure that you fully experience everything that Whistler has to offer, we have put this general information sheet as well as an informative guest directory that we feel will assist you in enjoying your vacation to the fullest. Whiskijack Booking Policies
Cancellation/Modification Policy
Cancellations must be made directly with the Reservations Department in writing. A charge of $30 per unit is levied if a reservation is cancelled more than 30 (60) days prior to the arrival date. If cancelled less than 30 (60) days prior to the arrival date, the reservation is non-refundable.
Cancellation /Travel Insurance
Whiski Jack Resorts & Club will not cancel any reservation inside 30 days prior to arrival. Although Whiski Jack Resorts & Club does not provide travel insurance; it is suggested that you research obtaining it from your local travel agency or insurance broker.
Check-in Time
Check in time is 4:00pm. We strive to have your units ready, inspected and cleaned in a timely manner. We appreciate your patience with us as we are unable to issue keys to you until the unit has been inspected by a supervisor.
Guests
Whiski Jack needs to be informed directly if you are sending someone else to check in for you. Guests checking in must be 25yrs of age.
Security Damage Deposit
Upon check in, it is agreed that Whiski Jack Resorts & Club will be taking a credit card imprint to cover costs of damages and/or lost keys by you or any of your guests during your stay. No cash deposits are excepted.
Telephones and Internet Access
Unlimited high-speed cable internet access in all condominiums with the exception of The Powders Edge, Whistler Village Centre and Westin Resort & Spa. The Woodrun offers wireless internet instead of cable.
Pets and Smoking
There is no smoking permitted and pets are prohibited in all units. A $500.00 hypo-allergenic cleaning fee will be applied to any occupant who is found to have violated this.
Parking Fees & Resort Fees at The Westin Whistler & Spa
If you will be staying at the Westin Whistler there is a daily resort fee as well as a daily parking fee (rates depend on the season.) This will be charged at check in at the Westin Resort & Spa.
Housekeeping
Since all our condominiums are privately owned, we do not provide a daily housekeeping service. Additional housekeeping service is available:
Full clean is $60.00 (for a unit sleeping 4 or less) or $85 (for a unit sleeping 5 or more). Cots are available for a $40 charge. Cribs and highchairs are available for no additional cost, on a 1st come 1st serve basis. If possible and you wish to have the twins made into a king there is a charge of $25.00 for this. Please advise us prior to your arrival if any of the above services will be needed throughout your stay.
