Property details The Aspens
No later than 10:00am. There will be a $100.00 “Late Departure Fee” applied if you should not depart by 10:00 am. Please ensure that all keys, locks & garage openers are returned to the Whiski Jack Check-in office. A drop box is located at the front door of the Check-in office for those departing early. A charge of $150.00 for keys with an additional charge of $100.00 for any ASSA keys lost, $30.00 for locks and $120.00 for the garage door opener will be levied if they are not returned by 12:00pm. Unfortunately we are no longer able to accommodate late checkouts on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays.

Hours: Monday – Sunday, 8:00am to 9:00pm during the summer season and Monday - Sunday 8am-11pm during the winter season.
The onsite front desk at the Aspens is not affiliated with Whiski Jack Resort’s units. For any inquiries, please contact Whiski Jack Resorts.
Whiski Jack is proud to present our ‘Guest Directories’, which are located in the living area of your unit. In these you can find a vast array of information on both your particular unit and the surrounding Whistler area. If you require any further information, please contact Guest Services on 604-932-6500 ext 1.
Noise Disturbances:For noise disturbances onsite after 11:00pm please call 604-905-2500
For noise disturbances off premise after 11:00pm please call the local police on 604-932-3044. (Please note that if security is called because of noise from your unit you will be charged accordingly).
If you have any Housekeeping or Maintenance requests during your stay, please contact the front desk on 604-932-6500 ext.1. Our housekeeping and maintenance departments will not disturb you during your stay unless requested.
Laundry:There are 2 common area laundry facilities at the Aspens:
1. Main level of the East Wing;
2. P2 level of the West wing – get off the West wing elevator at P2 and turn left.
Charge is $2.00 for washer and $2.00 for dryer (Canadian coins only).
All calls, including local, long distance and international calls are free of charge and can be dialed directly. Please keep in mind that some cell phones do not accept long distance / international calls. Area code 604 must be placed in front of the telephone number when making local calls.
Internet:“Cable” Internet connection is provided FREE in your unit. Instructions are as follows:
1. Take the Ethernet cable from the SHAW modem located next to the television in the living room and plug into the Ethernet port on your computer
2. Restart your computer
3. Open your web browser to connect to the internet
NOTE: If you are having trouble connecting, try disabling the wireless on your laptop (Whiski jack provides a cable connection, not a wireless connection).

The key to your unit has your unit number imprinted on it. If you require bike storage please ask the Aspens front desk for a key fob to open the gated area. Please take note of the charges that will apply should any of the keys be lost.
Garbage & Recycling:Garbage and Recycling is your responsibility. The dumpster and recycling facilities are located outside off the lobby to the right. Please do not throw any liquids into the garbage dumpster. We have also provided a small blue recycling bin in your unit, to separate your recycling from your garbage.
Skis & Bikes:Skis and bikes are not permitted inside the unit. Snowboards may be stored in the unit laid flat on the floor. The ski valet service is located to the right of the lobby on the main floor (Summit Rentals). Bike storage is available in the underground parking in a gated area; acquiring a key fob from the front desk at the Aspens can access this. Bicycle locks are not provided. Please note that we bear no responsibility or liability whatsoever for your skis and bikes while in storage during your stay.
Pets & Smoking:Unfortunately, pets are not allowed under any circumstances. You will be charged a hypoallergenic cleaning if you bring a pet into the unit. Due to allergies and respiratory problems of some of the owners and future guests, smoking is also prohibited. If you will be smoking, please do so outside of the unit with the patio door closed. A $500.00 Hypo-Allergenic Cleaning Fee will be applied to any occupant who is found to have violated the above.
Kitchen Appliances & Utensils:Please exercise extreme care when using all kitchen appliances and utensils. Please avoid severe hot to cold temperature changes when using the Pyrex dishes in your unit.
Pool & Fitness:For access to the pool, hot tub and fitness room please visit the Aspens front desk to pickup an electronic key (FOB). The hours of operation for the pool and adjacent hot tub are 2pm – 10pm. Two additional hot tubs are open from 10am – 10pm.
To pick up a Key Fob, you will be required to leave a credit card imprint with the Aspens (separate from the imprint you left at the Whiski Jack Front Desk) and sign a form stating that if the Key Fob is lost, you will be charged $25. The Aspens will provide green towels for the pool/hot tub for your convenience (if they are not returned there will be a $10 charge); please see the Aspens Front Desk to obtain your towels, Fobs and Parking.
Luggage Carts:Luggage carts are available in the underground parking.
Parking:Parking is located in the underground parking garage. The height restriction is 6’6”. There is a parking fee of $14.00 per day for non-owners. To access the underground parking garage; owners need to use their garage door opener that they receive at check-in; and for all guests, you need to purchase a parking permit from the machine at the Aspens front desk as well as sign out a swipe card to enter the garage. Once you are inside the garage, you may park in any stall not marked “Reserved”.

Please place your valid parking permit face-up on the dash before leaving your vehicle or a parking ticket may be issued or your vehicle may be towed at your expense.
Directions:Turn right onto Northlands Blvd and proceed to the 1st stop sign. Turn right onto Lorimer Rd and proceed through the traffic lights to the 4-way stop. Turn left onto Blackcomb Way, then turn right onto Spearhead Dr (the 1st street on your right). Proceed up the street; the driveway to the Aspens is on your right-hand side.
