No later than 10:00am. There will be a $100.00 “Late Departure Fee” applied if you should not depart by 10:00 am. Please ensure that all keys and locks are returned to the Whiski Jack Check-in office. A drop box is located at the front door of the Check-in office for those departing early. A charge of $150.00 for a lock change, and $30.00 for lost locks will be levied if they are not returned by 12:00pm. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate late check outs on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays.

Noise DisturbancesFor noise disturbances onsite after 11:00pm please call 604-905-2500
For noise disturbances off premise after 11:00pm please call 604-932-3044. (Please note that if security is called because of noise from your unit you will be charged accordingly)
If you have any Housekeeping or Maintenance requests during your stay, please contact the front desk on 604-932-6500 ext.1. Our housekeeping and maintenance departments will not disturb you during your stay unless requested.
LaundryCommon area facilities are located the 2nd floor. Charge is $1.50 for washer (1 dollar coin, 2 quarters) and $1.00 for dryer (quarters only).
TelephoneAll calls, including local, long distance and international calls are free of charge and can be dialed directly. Please keep in mind that some cell phones do not accept long distance / international calls. Area code 604 must be placed in front of the telephone number when making local calls.
Internet“Cable” internet connection is provided FREE in your unit. Instructions are as follows:
1. Take the Ethernet cable from the SHAW modem located next to TV and plug into the Ethernet port on your computer
2. Restart your computer
3. Open your web browser to connect to the internet
NOTE: If you are having trouble connecting, try disabling the wireless on your laptop as it can interfere with the cable internet connection.

One key provided with the unit number marked on it is for the door to your unit. The other that is marked with a “C” is for the common areas. Please take note of the charges that will apply should any of the keys be lost.
Garbage & RecyclingGarbage and Recycling is your responsibility. The dumpster is located outside behind the building, behind the two brown doors (behind La Bocca restaurant). There are no recycling facilities on site; the nearest Recycling depot is located in Function Junction on the way out of Whistler. We have also provided a small blue recycling bin in your unit, to separate your recycling from your garbage.
Skis & BikesSkis and bikes are not permitted inside the unit. Snowboards may be stored in the unit laid flat on the floor. There are lockers in the lobby on the main floor that fit 4 sets of skis. Small locks are available at the Front Desk (subject to availability). Bike Storage is available at the G1 building located at Guest relations at the base of Whistler Mountain. For Rate inquiries please contact G1 at (604) 905-2252. Bicycle locks are not provided. Please note that we bear no responsibility or liability whatsoever for your skis and bikes while in storage during your stay.
Kitchen Appliances & UtensilsPlease exercise extreme care when using all kitchen appliances and utensils. Please avoid severe hot to cold temperature changes when using the Pyrex dishes in your unit.
Pets & SmokingUnfortunately, pets are not allowed under any circumstances. You will be charged a $500.00 hypoallergenic cleaning if you bring a pet into the unit. Due to allergies and respiratory problems of some of the owners and future guests, smoking is also prohibited. If you will be smoking, please do so outside of the unit. A $500.00 Hypo-Allergenic Cleaning Fee will be applied to any occupant who is found to have violated the above.
FireplaceThere is a Presto-Log burning fireplace in your unit. Whiski Jack has provided you with 1 box of Presto-Logs for your week. If you require more logs, you can purchase them at any of the local grocery stores. Please only burn one log at a time.
ParkingParking is located in the underground parking garage. The height restriction is 6’8”. You may park in your designated parking stall. If you do not fit into your stall or if another vehicle is parked in your stall, please contact the Front Desk immediately
Please place your valid parking permit face up on the dash before leaving your vehicle or a parking ticket may be issued or your vehicle may be towed at your expense. Please park in your DESIGNATED STALL ONLY or you may be towed at your expense.
DirectionsTurn left onto Northlands Blvd. At the lights, turn left onto Village Gate Blvd. Turn right onto Blackcomb Way, then turn right at the lights onto Sundial Crescent. Proceed down the street. There is a fire-gate outside the building where you can unload. YOU MUST HAVE SOMEONE WITH THE VEHICLE AT ALL TIMES WHEN UNLOADING or you will be ticketed at your expense. After unloading, follow Sundial Crescent. The entrance to the underground parking garage is under the Sundial Hotel, to your right.
