The Woodrun  

No later than 10:00am. There will be a $100.00 “Late Departure Fee” applied if you should not depart by 10:00 am. Please ensure that all keys, swipes and locks are returned to the Whiski Jack Check-in office. A drop box is located at the front door of the Check-in office for those departing early. A charge of $10 per swipe card will be levied if they are not returned by 12:00pm. Unfortunately we are no longer able to accommodate late checkouts on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays.

The onsite front desk at the Woodrun is not affiliated with Whiski Jack Resort’s units. For any inquiries, please use the Whiski Jack phone numbers provided or stop by to see us.

Guest Directories:

Whiski Jack is proud to present our ‘Guest Directories’, which are located in the living area of your unit. In these you can find a vast array of information on both your particular unit and the surrounding Whistler area. If you require any further information, please contact Guest Services on 604-932-6500 ext.1.

Noise Disturbances:

For noise disturbances onsite after 11:00pm please call 604-905-2500
For noise disturbances off premise after 11:00pm please call the local police on 604-932-3044. (Please note that if security is called because of noise from your unit you will be charged accordingly).

Housekeeping & Maintenance:

If you have any Housekeeping or Maintenance requests during your stay, please contact the front desk on 604-932-6500 ext.1. Our housekeeping and maintenance departments will not disturb you during your stay unless requested.

Telephone:

All calls, including local, long distance and international calls are free of charge and can be dialed directly. Please keep in mind that some cell phones do not accept long distance / international calls. Area code 604 must be placed in front of the telephone number when making local calls.

Internet:

All owners/guests at the Woodrun Lodge have wireless internet at no extra charge. Click on the ‘connect to Woodrun Lodge Wireless Network.’ The username is WOODRUNLODGE (all capitalized) and the password is welcome (all lower case). For trouble shooting or assistance with log in please call 1-866-980-2653. If you require more information, a print out can be acquired at the Woodrun front desk.

Your Keys:

The swipe card is for the door to your unit and all common areas. Please take note of the charges that will apply should any of the swipe cards be lost.

In-room Safes:

There is an in-room safe located in the wardrobe of the master bedroom (except for unit 419 where the safe is located in the kitchen cupboard). To open your safe, press the ‘start’ button, enter your code, and press ‘start’ again.

Garbage & Recycling:

Garbage and Recycling is your responsibility. The dumpster and recycling facilities are located behind the door marked “Garbage” just outside the entrance of the underground parking garage. We have also provided a small blue recycling bin in your unit, to separate your recycling from your garbage.

Skis & Bikes:

Skis and bikes are not permitted inside the unit. You will be charged a $100 fine if you are found to have your ski equipment or bicycles inside your unit or in the hallways of the building. If you have more equipment than your locker will hold, you may rent a second locker from the Woodrun front desk for $5 per night. The ski locker room is located down the hallway off the lobby. The combination for your locker is on the back of this information sheet. If misplaced, you can call the Whiski Jack front desk to obtain it. Bicycle racks are provided in the underground parking area. Bicycle locks are not provided. Please note that we bear no responsibility or liability whatsoever for your skis and bikes while in storage during your stay.

Pets & Smoking:

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed under any circumstances. You will be charged a hypoallergenic cleaning if you bring a pet into the unit. Due to Whistler By-laws, smoking is also prohibited in all areas including the balcony. A $500.00 Hypo-Allergenic Cleaning Fee will be applied to any occupant who is found to have violated the above.

Kitchen Appliances & Utensils:

Please exercise extreme care when using all kitchen appliances and utensils. Please avoid severe hot to cold temperature changes when using the Pyrex dishes in your unit.

Pool & Fitness Area:

The pool and hot tub are located outside. There is a fitness room located at the entrance of the pool area. Use your swipe card to access these areas. The hours of operation for the pool and hot tub are from 10:00am to 10:00pm and the hours of operation for the fitness facility are from 7:00am to 10:00pm.

Luggage Carts:

Luggage carts are available in the lobby.

Parking:

Parking is located in the underground parking garage. The height restriction is 6’7”. You may park in any stall not marked “Reserved”. Your swipe card will access this area. Please place your valid parking permit face up on the dash before leaving your vehicle or a parking ticket may be issued or your vehicle may be towed at your expense.

Directions:

Turn right onto Northlands Blvd and proceed to the 1st stop sign. Turn right onto Lorimer Rd and proceed through the traffic lights to the 3-way stop. Turn left onto Blackcomb Way, then turn right onto Spearhead Dr (the 1st street on your right). Proceed up the street; then turn right onto Spearhead Cres. The Woodrun is at the top of the street.

Ski Lockers:

How to Work the Ski Lockers:
1. Turn the dial to the right 3 times past 0 and stop at the 1st number.
2. Turn the dial to the left going past the 2nd number and then stop at the 2nd number.
3. Turn the dial to the right and stop directly on the 3rd number
As you approach the 3rd number, turn very slowly. You will feel the lock tighten as you reach this number. Begin pulling the lock as you slowly pass the number until the dial stops and the door opens.
